We require a minimum of 4 guests to hold workshops as scheduled. We will contact you if the class needs to be postponed and will issue you a class voucher in the full amount you originally paid. You will be able to use your class voucher for any future class at Muse Studio.

All guests are expected to arrive at their scheduled reservation on time. If guests arrive more than 15 minutes late, they may forfeit their missed session.

Due to the custom nature of our projects and business, we do not offer refunds. We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot attend on the class date you registered for, please email us at senoiaevents@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you.

Muse Studio takes the privacy of its students and clients very seriously. We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and payment information solely for the purpose of providing our arts and crafts services. This information is securely stored and protected from unauthorized access. We do not share this information with third parties except when necessary for the provision of our services, and we never sell or rent this information. Additionally, our website may use cookies to enhance user experience, but these do not collect personal information. If for some reason our management deems it necessary to cancel or reschedule a workshop session due to hazardous weather or some other unforeseen matter, all registered guests will be notified as early as possible via text message and/or email. Any workshop session that is cancelled, will be rescheduled for a future date or issued a store credit.

Project sharing is not permitted. We appreciate the expertise and supplies our instructors bring to each class. We kindly ask you to join us in compensating them for their time and resources. Additionally, parents are asked to purchase a ticket if they plan to accompany their child during a workshop. Exceptions are during Kid's Workshops where parental attendance is warmly welcomed without the need for an additional ticket.
